This FACT indicates the generation capacity of 'green' powerplants for each state in the 2014-2015 financial year, measured in megawatts. 'Green' powerplants have been defined as those that are of the type: hydro, pump storage, wind, and photovoltaic. They are not of the type: steam, internal combustion, gas turbine, and combined cycle. The state with the highest generation capacity is New South Wales, with 3175 MW. The state with the lowest is the Northern Territory, with 0.2 MW.
