This FACT indicates the percentage of males in each city. The data was taken from the latest 2016 ABS Census. It compares the total number of males with each city’s total population. The city with the highest percentage of males is Darwin at 52.5 percent, and the lowest is Hobart at 48.5 percent. Interestingly, Darwin is the only capital to have a higher percentage of males to females out of any Australian city.
