About
Australians take sport seriously, and many are passionate supporters of sporting teams. But how often do they engage in physical activity themselves? This FACT indicates the participation rates in sport and recreation in each state and territory, for people aged 15 years and older 2013-2014.
Participating in organised physical activities is an important element of staying healthy, and contributes to well connected communities and a healthy work-life balance amongst individuals.
