Australia’s rainfall pattern is strongly seasonal in character, with a winter rainfall regime in parts of the south, a summer regime in the north and generally more uniform or erratic throughout the year elsewhere. This data indicates the average rainfall of each month taken over a period from 2000 to 2015 for each city. The city with the highest average annual rain fall is Darwin with 1773.3mm. The city with the lowest is Adelaide with 505.5mm.
